Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to offer our products and Services to you.

Because Rustic Jar Co. products may be hand-poured, handmade, assembled, or prepared in small batches, slight variations may occur between products. These natural variations do not necessarily indicate a defect.

Colors may also appear differently depending on your screen or device.

Product availability is not guaranteed. Some products, fragrances, seasonal collections, accessories, or gift items may be available only for a limited time or in limited quantities.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products and to update product descriptions or pricing at any time.

3. Fragrance

Fragrance is subjective, and individual scent preferences and perceptions may vary.

Descriptions of fragrance notes are provided to help customers understand the general character of a scent but cannot guarantee how an individual customer will perceive or experience that fragrance.

A dislike of a fragrance after a candle has been burned or used does not make the product defective and may not qualify the item for return or refund.

4. Candle Use & Safety

Rustic Jar Co. candles and candle accessories should always be used according to the care, safety, and usage instructions provided with the product or on our website.

Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep burning candles away from children, pets, drafts, flammable objects, and materials that could catch fire.

Customers are responsible for following applicable candle-care and safety instructions.

5. Intention Candles & Crystals

Certain Rustic Jar Co. products may contain crystals or be described as intention candles.

Any descriptions of the traditional, spiritual, symbolic, metaphysical, or commonly associated properties of crystals or intention-based products are provided for informational, inspirational, and entertainment purposes only.

Rustic Jar Co. does not claim that our candles, crystals, or related products diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical, mental health, physical, or emotional condition.

If we cancel or modify an order after it has been submitted, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you using the information provided with your order.

7. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, promotional, product-description, inventory, or other errors.

If an error affects an order you have already placed, we may contact you with the corrected information or cancel and refund the affected order where appropriate.

Payment is processed through Shopify and/or available third-party payment providers.

8. Gift Cards

Rustic Jar Co. gift cards may be used toward eligible purchases according to the terms presented at the time of purchase.

Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by applicable law.

Gift cards are final sale and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by law.

Customers are responsible for safeguarding their gift card information.

9. Custom Gift Bundles & Special Orders

Custom gift bundles, personalized items, decorated gift baskets, and other special-order products may be prepared specifically for the customer.

Because of their customized nature, these products may be final sale once preparation has begun, except where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Any additional terms provided when placing a custom or special order will form part of these Terms.

10. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Products must meet the eligibility requirements stated in that policy to qualify for a return or refund.

Used, burned, opened, customized, personalized, or otherwise ineligible products may not be accepted for return.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue and work to make it right.

11. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and estimated delivery information provided during checkout is intended as an estimate unless otherwise stated.

Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delays may occur that are outside Rustic Jar Co.’s reasonable control.
